EU Commissioner: Turkey should make changes to the laws to establish the visa-free regime

European Commissioner for Home Affairs, Migration and Citizenship, Dimitrios Avramopoulos, noted once again that the Turkish authorities should bring its anti-terrorism legislation in line with the European standards in order to receive a visa-free regime with the EU.

Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the country would not change its legislation in favor of the EU to establish a visa-free regime.
