The citizens of Armenia will determine their future and future of their country on December 9, head of the EU delegation to Armenia Piotr Switalski said, News.am reported.
The upcoming election will have a decisive role for the future of Armenia, the EU official added, and he is confident that the Armenians realize how weighty their vote will be.
The European Union is ready to provide assistance to Armenia to overcome the challenges and to build a modern state, Switalski said during the “Empowering Regions through High Tech-Forum 2018” conference at the Gyumri Technology Center.
Ambassador pointed to the need to develop economy and invest into small and medium enterprises as well as to eliminate the difference between the development of the provinces and capital city.
“Armenia can become prosperous thanks to technology development only,” he argued.
