EU and Turkey reach new agreements on migrants

At talks in Brussels the European Union and Turkey have reached a certain compromise on the refugee issue.

Ankara has agreed to take all illegal migrants from Greek islands who arrived in the EU from its territory. And refugees from Syria will not be excepted.

The EU, in turn, is ready to provide Turkey with more money than had been previously agreed.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel described the talks with Turkey as "difficult", RBC reports.
