European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said on the threshold of his visit to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) that in the near future the European Union is not going to change its position in respect of anti-Russian sanctions.
"My visit to St. Petersburg will have more economic, rather than political nature, and it doesn't mean that the EU announced any change in its position with regard to Russia,'' he said, speaking in Paris before representatives of the President's Press Association in France.
