The European Union does not plan to significantly expand sanctions against Russia anymore.
"If we do more sanctions, there will be more exceptions than measures," The Financial Times cited the source as saying.
The reports suggests that any further measures will likely be limited to slosing loopholes in existing measures and expanding the list of persons and entities subject to asset frezes ad travel bans.
