The EU is ready to continue the discussion of energy cooperation with Turkmenistan, Chargé d'Affaires of the European Union Lyubomir Frebort said at the international oil and gas conference, held in Ashgabat.
According to him, another meeting in Brussels is scheduled for 2017.
Frebort emphasized that Turkmenistan is an important partner for the EU in terms of energy security strategy and overall efforts on economic diversification.
