European Commissioner for Enlargement issues and European Neighbourhood Policy Johannes Hahn has said that the EU won't compensate for the losses from the Ukrainian product embargo.
"We have already allocated a lot of money in order for Ukrainian business to be able to prepare for new opportunities for exports, as well as new market conditions,'' Gazeta.ru cites him as saying.
