An earthquake measuring 4.6 points on the Richter scale hit Dagestan early this morning, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) informed.
Tremors were recorded at 04:05 (Moscow time).
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 21 km northwest of Dagestanskie Ogni and 12 km northwest of Derbent at a depth of 10 km.
According to preliminary data, there are no victims or damage.
