A 3.0-point earthquake occurred in southern Georgia on March 26. This was reported at the National Seismic Monitoring Center.

Tremors were recorded at about 15:00 local time (14:00 Moscow time) 11 km from Sameba village.

The hypocenter of the earthquake lay at a depth of 9 km.
