Eight people die in accident in Kazakhstan, media reports

In Kazakhstan a collision of a minibus with a truck on the Almaty-Termez highway, near the center of the South Kazakhstan region Shymkent, has resulted in eight people dead, local media report.

"According to an eyewitness, the driver of a Mercedes minibus, while trying to overtake a KamAZ emerging from a gas station, collided with it, which has resulted, according to preliminary information, in eight people dead," RIA Novosti cites a message on the Otyrar TV site.
