OPEC Secretary General, Abdallah Salem el-Badri, said before the ministerial meeting in Vienna, that he expects to meet with the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak in the summer 2016.
"We have good relations with the Minister Novak. I think he will come to us next year, in the summer," RIA Novosti cited el-Badri as saying.
According to the Secretary General, it will be "a special meeting between OPEC and the Russian oil minister".
