The Elbrus resort in Kabardino-Balkaria resumed its work on Sunday.
"Today, two lines of the cable-way are operating at the resort - "Azau"-"Krugozor" and "Krugozor"-"Mir". "Mir"-"Garabashi" is closed. The routes from the Mir station to Azau are open," the resort administration reports.
It was previously reported that on Saturday, "Elbrus" was closed due to strong winds and snowfall.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region warns that in the coming days the danger of avalanches remains in the mountains of Kabardino-Balkaria.
