Sinan Bodmer is one of the founders of the offshore company Liormand Holdings Limited, registered in Cyprus, which is planned to be bought by Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA). He is holding a position in Fora Bank, owned by the businessman Samvel Karapetyan, who lives in Russia.
Confirmation of this information hasn’t come from either the press service of the group of companies Tashir, owned by Samvel Karapetyan, nor his brother, a member of parliament of Armenia, Karen Karapetyan, News.am reports.
