In Chechnya, the transformer at the substation 'Tsemzavod' has been repaired, power supply has resumed to five municipal districts of the republic which were previously partially cut off, the regional emergency department reported.
"At present, emergency repair works have been completed. All household consumers have energy," TASS cites the report.
