Two-time Olympic champion in pole vaults, Elena Isinbayeva, became the chairman of of All-Russian Athletics Federation (ARAF) Athletes Commission, TASS reports.
On February 12th, 2015, the athlete has announced resumption of her career. The main goal of Isinbayeva is the performance at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in August, then she intends to retire.
