Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a visit to Russia, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
The diplomat will participate in a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS, which is scheduled for tomorrow. The interaction of the CIS countries in various fields will be discussed at the meeting. Ministers will sum up the implementation of the multi-level plan of ministerial consultations within the CIS during the past year and they will develop a similar plan for the current year, Trend reports.
