The EEAS Deputy Secretary-General (DSG) for Political Affairs/Political Director Enrique Mora to arrive in Tehran on March 26, he wrote in Twitter.
The purpose of the trip is to discuss the Joint Comprehensive Action Plan (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program.
As part of the visit, Mora will meet with Ali Bagheri Kani, head of the Iranian delegation to the nuclear deal talks. "We are working to fill in the last gaps in the Vienna negotiations on the JCPOA. We must complete these negotiations," TASS quotes Enrique Mora as saying.
He emphasized that much is at stake.
