'The Environmental Forum of Dagestan: Law, Economics, Culture' opened in Makhachkala, where its participants will discuss problems of the environment and the management of natural resources, the press service of the government said.
The forum was organized by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Dagestan.
