Those responsible for the Khojaly genocide must be punished, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ercan Ozoral told reporters.
He stressed that Turkey feels the sorrow of Azerbaijani people and expresses its condolences.
Ozoral noted that despite the fact 25 years have passed since the tragedy, justice has not triumphed yet.
