Turkey will not conduct a dialogue at the high level with Syria, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
Commenting on the possible beginning of new anti-terrorist operations in northern Syria, Erdogan stressed that the local population in Syria’s Raqqa and Manbij cities is waiting for the Turkish People's Liberation Army.
In addition, Turkish president noted that the creation of a security zone in northern Syria is very important, Trend reported.
