Turkey has spent over $10 billion on the upkeep of Syrian refugees, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
The head of state said that although Turkey provides full assistance to Syrian refugees, the international community turns a blind eye to it, Trend reports with reference to the TRT Haber TV channel.
