Erdogan and Trump confirm meeting in Washington next week

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke by phone with U.S. President Donald Trump yesterday evening and the two leaders reconfirmed they will meet in Washington on November 13 at Trump’s invitation, Turkish officials said.

Erdogan and Trump also discussed regional developments as well as bilateral issues, according to the Turkish Presidential Communications Directorate.

"Look forward to seeing President Erdogan next Wednesday, November 13th at the White House," Trump wrote on Twitter.
