Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking at the 13th Ambassadors' Conference in Ankara, called on Armenia to adequately respond to the desire of the Turkish and Azerbaijani authorities to establish peace in the South Caucasus.
"I believe that our region will stabilize in a short period of time. In order to achieve this, Armenia needs to properly assess the situation and respond to the sincere calls of Azerbaijan and Turkey," he said.
Erdogan noted that Turkish-Armenian relations continue to normalize, as well as assessed the conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the eve of the Eid al-Adha holiday as constructive.
