Erdogan calls on US to fulfill F-35 purchase agreement

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan called on the United States to fulfill its obligations under the agreement to supply F-35 fighter-bombers, Al-Masdar News reported.

He also said that it is not necessary to force Ankara to “knock on other doors”.

“We are saying that the US is our strategic partner … I discussed this issue with the US President, and it was discussed at the talks of delegations. If we are strategic partners, then the US should fulfill its obligations,” Erdogan stated.
