Erdogan dissatisfied with U.S. Palestinian plan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said it was "out of the question" for Turkey to support the U.S. economic plan for Palestinians.

The White House last week outlined a $50 billion Middle East economic plan that would create a global investment fund to lift the Palestinian and neighboring Arab state economies, and fund a $5 billion transportation corridor to connect the West Bank and Gaza.

"It is out of the question for us to approach this issue positively," Erdogan said aboard his plane returning from the G-20 summit in Japan, according to Yeni Safak.
