Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expects to have a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin tomorrow, the press service of the Turkish leader informs.
Erdogan's spokesman Ibrahim Kalin added that Ankara is not going to refuse either dialogue with Moscow or dialogue with Kiev, Anadolu Agency reports.
