Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan regularly discusses with Russian President Vladimir Putin the settlement of the situation in Ukraine. He stated this at a press conference following the NATO summit in Madrid.
"I am in constant contact with Vladimir Putin", RIA Novosti quoted the head of the Turkish state.
He also stated that all diplomatic efforts should be made to resolve the situation in Ukraine as soon as possible.
