According to him, on Monday he will be able to discuss the issue with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the international climate summit in Paris.
"This could become a chance for the restoration of our relations with Russia. The confrontation will not bring joy to anyone. Just as Russia is important for Turkey, Turkey is important for Russia. We cannot remove each other from the horizon," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
