Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he will meet Russia’s President Vladimir Putin on September 28.
The Presidents will discuss a plan agreed by their countries and Iran to reduce the fighting in Syria’s northwestern Idlib province.
Erdogan said at the event in New York where he is attending the U.N. General Assembly that they will have a telephone conversation before a meeting, Turkey’s TRT broadcaster said.
