Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has proposed to President Vladimir Putin to meet in Paris next Monday, November 30th, but the Russian side has not replied yet.
"I requested a meeting with the Russian President in Paris on November 30th, but it is not confirmed yet," RIA Novosti cites Erdogan as saying.
