Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed his condolences to the victims of the flooding in Tbilisi. He has sent a telegram to his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Margvelashvili.
‘’I ask to convey words of support and sympathy to the families and friends of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all the victims," the message reads.
