Estonia has confirmed plans to open an embassy in Baku, with the launch scheduled for this autumn, the Estonian Foreign Ministry announced.
"Estonia's newly appointed ambassador, Tiina Nirk, is currently in Baku, and the opening of the Estonian embassy is scheduled for the autumn",
a ministry representative said.
