The euro has sharply increased against the Russian ruble during today's trading at the Moscow stock exchange. At 19:51 MSK, the European currency was 80.04 rubles. The dollar was at the level of 71 rubles.
Thus, the euro compensated for its drop after a decision by the European Central Bank (ECB) to lower its key rate to 0%, Interfax reports.
