The euro and dollar exchange rates slipped against the ruble during the foreign exchange trading on Moscow Exchange on Friday, according to trading data.
As of 14:07 am Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate was down by 3.6% at 93.5 rubles, while the euro exchange rate was down by 6.6% at 99.75 rubles.
The dollar exchange rate was up by 2.89% at 99.8 rubles, while the euro was down by 1.69% at 105 rubles as Friday trading opened on Moscow Exchange.
Russia’s stock market demonstrated a decline of main indices at the opening of the main trading session as the dollar-denominated RTS Index was down by 3.29% at 824.61 points as of 10:38 am Moscow time, while the ruble-denominated MOEX Index was down by 2.46% at 2,515.19 points.
