The euro exchange rate grew by 14 kopecks to 101.3 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on December 28.
The dollar exchange rate dropped by 27 kopecks to 91 rubles.
The yuan exchange rate fell by 0.013 kopecks to 12.75 rubles.
