The President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker said today that it is planned to allocate 3 billion euros to Turkey in order to deal with the migration crisis in Europe.
The EC is able to allocate 500 million euros, the other part of the sum should be collected by members of the European Union, RIA Novosti reports.
