Speaker of the European Parliament Martin Schulz has condemned the Turkish government for the harassment of opposition media and attempt to solve the problem of the Kurds with the help of force.
"Turkey has chosen not the best way in terms of democratic political development,’’ RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
"This conflict cannot be solved by peaceful, not military means,’’ he said.
