Every detail of 37th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in Baku carefully planned, Kassandra Petersson says

The organization of the world championship in the capital of Azerbaijan is considered to every detail, Swedish gymnast Kassandra Petersson said in an interview a with Vestnik Kavkaza correspondent after performing in the qualifying exercises with a ribbon at the 37th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Baku.

"This is my first time in Baku and I like everything here. The organization is just exemplary, there’s literally nothing to complain about: the hotel, the food, the carpet, the competitions - everything is fine. That is, every detail of the tournament was carefully planned,” she explained.

This week, on September 16-22, the 37th World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships is held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. The tournament is the qualification competition for the 32nd Olympic Games in Tokyo. More than 300 gymnasts from 61 countries are competing for nine sets of medals. The motto of the tournament is “Fairy tales will come to life”
