Today the head of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdullatipov, signed a decree to appoint the former head of Khasavyurt, Saigidpasha Umahanov, as the head of the newly-created Ministry of Transport, Energy and Communications of Dagestan, the press service of the head and administration of the Republic informs.
"The new agency was given some functions in the sphere of transport and road facilities of the republic,'' Interfax-South reports.
