Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, has signed a decree, appointing the former Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan an Advisor to the President, the press office of the President said.
Kostanyan, who was appointed prosecutor general in 2013, stepped down in August 2016 over health reasons, Tert.am reports
