An excess of ARVI and influenza epidemic risk has been registered in Karachay-Cherkessia for the first time during winter among the republic's population.
"A 66.5% excess of ARVI and influenza epidemic risk has been registered in the period from January 11th to 17th in the republic among adult residents of Karachaevo-Cherkessia and of 42% among children from 7 to 14 years," Interfax-South cites Press Secretary of Rospotrebnadzor in Karachay-Cherkessia Elena Pokrovskaya.
