On the Day of Constitution of the Russian Federation, on December 12th, the executive authorities of the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD), will open reception-rooms for residents of the region. The reception-rooms will be opened in all federal districts, administrative authorities and local governments, law enforcement and investigative agencies, the official Kremlin website reports.
Representatives of relevant departments will answer citizens' questions, via video conference, audio or video communications will forward appeals to higher or other authorities, Kavkaz Segodnya reports.
