An explosion inside the banquet hall Laili in Dagestan’s capital Makhachkala has hurt 23 people, the Dagestani Interior Ministry said.
According to Dagestan’s Emergencies Ministry the shift on duty at the local emergencies management center at 15:10 Moscow time received a phone call there had been a natural gas explosion inside the banquet hall Laili.
