The explosion occurred today at one of Moscow's construction sites, the capital's law enforcement agencies reported.
"The explosion occurred during drilling works in front of house 34 on Narodnogo Opolcheniya Street. According to preliminary data, a munition from WWII period exploded, it was located at a depth of about three meters," TASS quotes their representative as saying.
No one was injured as a result of the explosion.
