Ukrainian government authorities, as well as radical organizations have moved on to active actions aimed at implementation of terrorist plots in Russia's southwestern Crimean Peninsula, the Russian Federal Security Service director, Alexander Bortnikov, said at the session of the National Antiterrorism Committee (NAC).
"The state bodies of Ukraine and radical organizations have taken on preparation and implementation of terrorist intentions in Crimea," Sputnik cited Bortnikov as saying.
"Russia's FSB has neutralized two Ukrainian sabotage groups that have been planning attacks against the vital facilities on the peninsula," the official added
