The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) prevented a terrorist attack at a transport facility in the Stavropol region, it was prepared by a supporter of the international terrorist organization ISIS (outlawed in Russia), the Center for Public Relations of the Federal Security Service told TASS on Monday.

As a result of a set of investigative measures in Stavropol, the activities of a supporter of the international terrorist organization ISIS (outlawed in Russia) were uncovered and suppressed. The suspect planned to commit a terrorist act at one of the transport infrastructure facilities of the region on instructions from foreign emissaries," the FSB said.
The suspect was detained while preparing to implement his criminal plan.
