The families of those who lost their relatives in a helicopter crash in the Almaty region will receive compensation amounting to 1 million tenges (about $2600), the press service of the regional akim reports.
The helicopter took off from the city of Usharal in the Almaty region. It was on its way to the city of Taldykorgan to the regional hospital in order to deliver a two-month-old child with suspected leukemia. Soon the connection with the aircraft was lost. A pilot, a doctor, a paramedic and a mother with a child were on board. The wreckage of the helicopter was found today. No survivors were found.
