American professional mixed martial artist, former interim UFC Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson is campaigning for a December 14th bout with lightweight world champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Still waiting on the sidelines for his next fight, Ferguson once again made his intentions known via a Twitter post, calling out current champion Nurmagomedov for UFC 245 late this year.
Former UFC interim champion Dustin Poirier, in tun, is willing to step up and face Ferguson at UFC 245, should Nurmagomedov not take the right planned for December.
While Ferguson, who is unbeaten in his last 12 fight, continue to taunt the Russian champion (28-0), Poirier tweeted: "If he can’t make it. I can."
