Vladimir Markin, spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee, said that very few people were falling for ISIS propaganda in Russia. He reminded that the case of Gaji Magomedov (who was trained in the Middle East in 2013 and fought against the Syrian government in the ranks of ISIS) was the only case of its kind in Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports.
Markin added that other cases of recruiters were under consideration.
