Final documents signed at SCO summit

The heads of governments of the SCO member states today have endorsed 11 documents in Bishkek.

The organization’s budget for 2017, the report on implementation of the comprehensive commercial and economic cooperation program, the financial report on SCO budget implementation in 2015 were approved. The decision on further actions to create the SCO Development Bank and SCO Development Fund was made, the list of SCO project activities during 2017-2021 and concept of research and technology partnership among SCO countries were approved. 

The ministers signed the action plan for implementation of the agreement between SCO countries on research and technology cooperation until 2020 and the SCO roads development program.

They also approved the revised structure of SCO Secretariat and its staff schedule.
